Hannes Rossacher's Important Documentary; Rammstein in the United States; This is a great journey. It began in the summer of 1988 in Ostseestrand, East Germany, and accompanied the band for a long, sometimes painful, but ultimately successful conquest of the American continent until 2001. It continued to bid farewell to the United States after the events of September 11th and ended in front of thousands of cheering Americans at Madison Square Garden. For this documentary, Ramstein provided a large number of previously unpublished clips and photos from the band's archives. In many interviews at different times in the history of the band, members talked about their experiences across the Atlantic. New and old friends and acquaintances, as well as many American colleagues, paid tribute to the band and shared anecdotes.
